The Adventures of Pinocchio
Adapted from the collection of short stories by Carlo Collodi.

Touring dates
This show toured from Nov - Dec 2005, with a residency at The Brook Theatre, Chatham.

The story
This is the timeless tale of the lonely woodcarver, Geppetto, and the naughty little boy he carves from a magic block of wood.

The creative team
Adapted for the stage by Bill Davies, with music and lyrics by Frank Goodhind. Original cast: Justin Deaville, Damaris Fowler, John Kirkham and Michael Strobel.

This production was the catalyst for us to move towards shows exclusively for theatre venues. Up until this point, our work had mainly been presented in schools and non-theatre spaces.

Being based at The Brook Theatre, and as one of the resident arts organisations, we received a huge amount of support from our friends in Medway, - not least of all, Tony Hill, the Theatres General Manager.

For our very small, but fantastic design team, (Cherry Knight, Bill Davies, Jessica Kay and Ross Collins), it was a huge challenge to design and build everything in-house. In just a short space of time, we learnt so much.
