The story
The timeless tale of young Jim Hawkins, Long John Silver and a hunt for buried treasure.

The creative team
Adapted for the stage by Bill Davies, with music and lyrics by Frank Goodhind. Original cast: Jeannette Longworth, Matt Garrill, MIchael Strobel, Ross Collins, Bill Davies and Jessica Kay.

The show also had a fantastic supporting cast of Kent-based juvenile actors, some of whom have now gone on to study drama to degree level. This was an epic production; Bill collaborated on the set design with Toni Jane Bysouth. The puppet characters were designed by Bill and Jessica Kay. Jess also made each of the puppets, including the electronics for the skeleton's spooky glowing eyes.
