EDUCATION AND OUTREACH
Blunderbus has a team of freelance artists, workshop facilitators, and theatre practitioners who deliver a host of exciting drama-based outreach projects in schools, theatres, and local community groups.
We're also very lucky because two key members of our core team, including our artistic director, are fully qualified teachers, which means that we're in touch with the school curriculum, but also that our activities can be designed to gain the maximum educational benefit for participants.
members of our core team are qualified teacher's, with all staff trained to plan and deliver a variety of workshops. Therefore, we can offer so much more than just a performance; from bespoke workshops activities with an individual class group, to teacher inset sessions or week-long residencies.
, our highly skilled actor/tutors have the expertise to deliver a programme of activities to suit your individual needs.
If you would like to participate in one of our drama activities, or you have the beginnings of an idea forming in your head, then please do get in touch. We're quite sure that we'll be able to help!
RESOURCE PACKS AND WORKSHOPS
Blunderbus has a long history of creating inspiring, entertaining and educational performances. But, we also take great care to build learning opportunities around each of our productions.
Our shows are accompanied by an educational resource pack, written by qualified teachers, and designed to enhance the learning experience our productions can offer. We also provide follow-on drama workshops, each designed to accommodate the needs of either children at foundation stage, or KS1 children.
